While a bit better suited for paved surfaces, the Neo 247 still features large, durable 24″ wheels and tires that perform well on compacted off-road surfaces and a 1 x 7 drivetrain that offers excellent gearing options for hilly areas. Children’s bike sizes are based on the size of the child, and the 24-inch bikes are generally suitable for children ages 10-15 or 56-66 inches tall.
