New articles

Policy for exchange and refund for articles bought in store

New articles can be refunded within 15 days of purchase, or can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. You must have your cash register receipts. Articles must not be used or damaged, and packaging and tags must be intact and attached.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for bike shorts or food.

Used articles can be returned within 24 hours or exchanged within 48 hours after purchase. You must have your cash register receipt. Articles must not be used or damaged, and packaging and tags must be intact and attached.

Refund policy for articles purchased online

New items can, with certain exceptions, be returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Articles must not be used or damaged, and packaging and tags must be intact and attached.

For all questions related to a refund for an online purchase, send an email internet@sportechange.com. Your email must contain the following information: 

 – your order number

– your name

– your phone number

– the reason for return

You are responsible for shipping fees if you are returning an item by mail.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for bike shorts or food. All items reduced by 26% or more are considered final sale; that is, they cannot be returned for a refund. 

Used articles cannot be returned for a refund.

Used articles

* No refunds are allowed after 24 hours.
* No exchange is allowed after 48 hours.
* All the points listed below must be respected.

  1. Have the transaction receipt.
  2. Items should not have been been used or damaged.
  3. Labels of used items must be still attached to the item.
  4. Packaging and labels must be intact and not detached.
