How much are shipping costs ?

- If you live in Quebec or Ontario, you will be charged $15 for delivery.
- If you live elsewhere in Canada, you will be charged $25 for delivery.
For heavy and bulky items (transport box, child's chariot, inflatable SUP, etc.) $125 will be added to the standard shipping cost.

How long does delivery take ?

Order processing times can vary from 1 to 3 days. An email with the details of your purchase will be sent immediately upon the finalization of your order. You will then receive a second email once your order has been processed. This email will include the tracking number for your package as well as the selected carrier that will deliver your order. Delivery times may vary by carrier.

Can an order be cancelled ?

You can cancel your order only if it is still being processed, by sending an email to internet@sportechange.com. If your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our return policy.

What are the applicable taxes ?

Taxes are billed according to the order’s delivery address.

Store Pickup

You have the option to pick up your purchase in the store during our business hours. In-store pickup is offered at no charge. Order processing times can range from 1 to 3 days. An email with the details of your purchase will be sent immediately upon the finalization of your order. You will then receive a second email once your order has been processed. This email will confirm that your purchase is ready to be picked up. You will need to go to the store with your order number along with a piece of photo ID in order to collect your purchase. We ask that you pick up your order within 7 days of receiving this second email. It is possible for you to send someone else to pick up your purchase. If you would like to do this, please send an email to the internet@sportechange.com as soon as you have finalized your order, indicating the full name of the person who will be coming to the store. It is important for this person to have your order’s confirmation number, as well as a piece of photo ID.
