- Minimum clearance between the saddle and the wheel:
A minimum clearance of 7″ (Seatpacker 9) or 8″ (Seatpacker 15) is required between the seat rails and the top of the tire.
- Minimum diameter or circumference of the seatpost:
The minimum diameter is 22 mm.
The minimum circumference is 71 mm.
*Please note: It fits all standard seatposts ranging from 27.2 mm to 30.9 mm up to 33.9 mm, thanks to its flexible mounting system.
- Saddle rail spacing:
If the rails on your saddle are spaced more than 3.5 inches (89 mm) apart (e.g., Brooks saddles), you will need a wide-rail adapter, available in the Accessories section.
