Consignment conditions

You can leave sports items in consignment at Sport Échange Outaouais for us to sell under the following conditions :

1. At the time of sale, we will take a 35 % commission on the selling price.
2. You must call to see if your item has been sold; we will not call clients.
3. When a cheque is issued, you must pick it up in person at the store.
4. We will issue a cheque within fifteen (15) days if any of the following conditions apply :
   1. All your items have been sold.
   2. The expiration date has been reached.
   3. The total amount of the cheque for the items sold reaches $200.00 or more.
5. We will charge you a $5.00 administration should you take back any item before the expiration date or request a cheque without complying with regulation # 4 above.
6. If an item has not been sold by the set expiration date, you must pick it up within thirty (30) days of the expiration date, otherwise, Sport Échange Outaouais will be free to dispose of it.
7. You remain responsible for any item left with us. Sport Échange Outaouais accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage.
8. Any cheque not picked up within one (1) year after its date of issue, becomes the property of Sport Échange Outaouais.
9. We will not accept for consignment any group of items valued at less than $50.00.
10. We will issue one cheque per client per season for consigned items sold (under normal conditions).
